General Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Scope of application

Our following General Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions apply to all offers.

• Offer

2.1 The offers of www.larrangement.ch are subject to change without notice and are not binding.
2.2 Paid orders are binding. A contract is only concluded on receipt of your payment. Unpaid orders are not honored.

• Right of withdrawal

For sheet music right of withdrawal is excluded. Sheet music may not be returned or exchanged.

• Delivery

4.1 Our products are delivered the same or the following business day after receiving your payment.
4.2 The delivery is made to the stated delivery address. You undertake to state all necessary data truthfully.

• Prices and payment conditions

5.1 Before ordering, the prices are stated separately for each item. Applicable VAT is included in the price.
5.2 Payment may be made by credit card through PayPal.

• Warranty and liability

6.1 Please check the received goods for defects immediately upon receipt. Damages caused by delivery must be notified to the L’Arrangement publishing within 10 days of receipt of the goods. After expiring this period, the assertion of warranty claims for damages caused by delivering is excluded.
6.2 If you did not receive our delivery within the delivery term stated in 4.1, we would ask you to notify us by e-mail within 10 days so that we can check your information and deliver the same goods as soon as possible.
6.3 L’Arrangement does not accept any liability for the products’ content.

• Right of reproduction

All sheet music is covered by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited and punishable. Reproduction and electronic circulation of the products are not permitted.

• Final causes

Swiss law applies even when orders are generated abroad and goods are delivered abroad.

• Data protection

Your data will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties.
